Our product range includes, but is not limited to, whole bean coffee, ground coffee, organic blends, single-origin coffees, decaffeinated coffee, espresso-specific roasts, coffee subscriptions, and coffee-related accessories and equipment.
All coffee sold through our website is certified organic by the Soil Association or equivalent recognised certification bodies. We source our green coffee beans directly from organic farming cooperatives and roast them in small batches at our roastery in England. Products are dispatched directly to customers across the United Kingdom.

We deliver to addresses throughout mainland United Kingdom. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, additional delivery time may be required. We do not currently ship internationally.
Standard delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically takes one to three working days from the date of dispatch. Next-day delivery via DPD is available for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Standard delivery is free on orders totalling £40 or more; for orders under £40, a standard delivery charge of £3.49 applies. Next-day delivery is charged at £5.99 regardless of order value.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the timeframe indicated at checkout, but we shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, carrier delays, or industrial action.
Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Our coffee subscription service allows you to receive regular deliveries of your chosen coffee at a frequency you select (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). Subscription customers receive a 15% discount compared to one-off purchase prices, and free standard delivery is included on all subscription shipments regardless of order value.
Subscriptions are ongoing and will automatically renew at the selected frequency until you choose to pause, skip, or cancel. You can manage your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. There are no minimum commitment periods and no cancellation fees. Changes to your subscription (including pausing, skipping a delivery, changing the coffee selection, or adjusting the delivery frequency) must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled dispatch date to take effect for that delivery.
Payment for each subscription delivery is taken automatically using the payment method you provided at the time of sign-up. If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to update your payment details. If we are unable to collect payment after two attempts, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 14 days' written notice to you via email. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all coffee products. If you are unhappy with the taste or quality of your coffee, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] and we will either replace it with a different coffee of your choice or issue a full refund.
For sealed, unopened products, we accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To initiate a return, please email us at the address above. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the product was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched.
Coffee is a perishable food product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bags of coffee unless the product is demonstrably faulty or defective. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers quality concerns even for opened products.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving the returned item or approving a satisfaction guarantee claim. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
